Soliciting - Offences in Relation to Prostitution
In many instances we are able to conduct your defence and have the charge dismissed or withdrawn without you ever appearing in court.
The offence of soliciting is perhaps one of the most publicly embarrassing crimes in the Criminal Code and it is important to most accused persons that they have as little contact with the court as possible. Daley Byers recognize that confidentiality and privacy are of the utmost importance to our clients and we will appear in court on your behalf. We have been extremely successful in the defence of this charge.
